8:30-8:45	Morning Work
8:45-9:15	Music
9:15-10:00	Reading (Small Groups)
10:00-10:30	Art (M) Library (TTh) Computer (WF)
10:30-11:15	Reading (whole group)/Fluency Practice
11:15-11:55	Recess/Lunch
12:00-12:30	Language Arts/Writing
12:30-1:00	Title/Self Selected Reading/Reading Groups
1:00-2:00	Math
2:00-2:30	Science/Social Studies
2:30-3:00	P.E.
3:00-3:10	Prepare to go home

Third Grade Supply List 2008-2009

1 box of crayons (try to limit size for space in desk)
1 package of markers
1 pair of child’s scissors w/pointed tip
6 glue sticks
2 bottles liquid Elmer’s glue
1 large pink eraser
1 ruler- 12” STANDARD AND METRIC
1 black marble composition book
5 folders WITH PRONGS (1 yellow, 2 blue, 1 orange, and 1 purple)
24 #2 pencils (please replenish these each quarter)
1 pencil pouch with zipper (large enough to hold pencils, crayons, scissors, and glue)
1 old sock (to use as an eraser)
1 large box of Kleenex
2 spiral notebooks (one is for health class)
1 pair of inexpensive headphones (a necessity for computer class)
2 fine tip expo markers (skinny size) BLACK ONLY*

Girls Only
1 container of Clorox cleaning wipes

Boys Only
1 package of highlighters*

Please do not send art boxes, trapper keepers, or mechanical pencils. They will be returned to home.
